The objective of the prize is to acknowledge the most effective college student in topic 70311 Torts.

Value and duration
Usually one (1) Receiver will be granted the Prize at the end of each educational season. The value of this Prize is $1,000 and the Receiver will also get a certification of prize.
Who is eligible?
The Receiver must be registered in a UTS prize course and get a result in topic 70311 Torts in the educational season for which the prize is being granted.
If 70311 Torts is not provided in the educational season for which the prize is to be granted, then the contributors may:
a) nominate another topic for that educational year; orb) decrease to prize the prize for that educational season.Course area(s)
LawSelection process
The prize will be granted to trainees with the biggest last indicate in topic 70311 Torts in the appropriate educational season.
In the event that two or more qualified learners have the same maximum last indicate, the following requirements will be considered:
